Complementing this is 16 years of domestic and international experience in the pharmaceutical industry with prestigious firms like Dr. Reddy’s, American Remedies, and Neopharma ( Qatar ,Abu Dhabi ,Dubai).

Public Healthcare professional with over 11 years of diverse experience in the public health sector, specializing in government insurance schemes and quality assurance for government hospitals. Actively contributed to the implementation, coordination, and monitoring of state and national-level health insurance programs, ensuring access to care for underserved populations.

Chief Nursing Officer
Kawaljeet Oberoi, Chief Nursing Officer, brings over 40 years of extensive national and international healthcare experience, with deep expertise in hospital projects and commissioning, patient safety and quality management, and nursing service excellence. She has played a key role in commissioning prominent hospitals such as Kokilaben Dhirubai Ambani Hospital, Asian Heart Hospital & Research Centre, Aditya Birla Memorial Hospital, Bhaktivedanta Hospital, and has contributed to ongoing projects including Gleneagles Khubchandani Hospital and Suasth Healthcare in Mumbai. She has also led large scale nursing operations as Regional and Group Nursing Head at Fortis Healthcare, Paras Healthcare, and Emirates Hospitals & Clinics in the UAE.
