Sate of art central clinical laboratory(CCL) is well equipped with facilities for outpatient and round the clock inpatients and emergencies, Clinical Pathology-Histopathology, Cytopathology, Clinical Biochemistry, Haematology, Coagulation studies, Flow Cytometry, Serology, Immunology, Immunofluorescence Assay (IFA), Microbiology- Bacteriology (Aerobic & Anaerobic), Mycology, Parasitology, Virology, Molecular Biology and Cytogenetics Lab is manned by specialist doctors and expert technicians.
It works on hospital-wide information system for ordering and reporting laboratory test results. Confidentiality of reports about personal information of patients is maintained. There are trained personnel available for interpretation of results and clinicians are available for advice based on the reports. If patient is not satisfied with laboratory services or has some specific grievance, a complaint box is placed in collection area where he / she can put complaint along with name phone number. Action is taken on complaint and feedback is available.
