In-patient Department

Comprehensive care and comfort throughout your hospital stay.

Pre Admission

Before admission, our hospital ensures that patients and their families are fully informed and supported. The pre-admission process involves confirming the diagnosis, completing initial paperwork, and understanding the estimated costs and treatment plan. Our staff is always available to explain the procedures and address any concerns so that patients feel confident and reassured.

We also assist patients with insurance or TPA documentation at this stage to make the admission process as smooth as possible. By completing most formalities beforehand, we minimize delays on the day of admission and allow patients to focus on their health and recovery.

Room Types & Facilities

The hospital offers a variety of room types to suit different needs and budgets, ranging from general wards to private and deluxe rooms. Each room is designed to provide a safe, hygienic, and comfortable environment for recovery. Essential facilities such as nursing care, housekeeping, and basic amenities are included in every option.

For patients seeking additional comfort, we provide semi-private and private rooms equipped with modern amenities such as air-conditioning, television, and attached washrooms. ICU and critical care units are also available for patients requiring specialized monitoring and intensive treatment.

At Admission

On the day of admission, patients or their attendants are requested to report to the admission desk with all necessary documents, including ID proof, doctor’s admission note, insurance/TPA card, and previous medical records. Our admission staff will guide you through the formalities and provide details about the chosen room type, estimated expenses, and hospital policies.

The goal is to make the process quick and stress-free so that patients can be shifted to their rooms and receive medical attention without unnecessary delays.

During Stay

During the hospital stay, our medical and nursing teams work together to provide round-the-clock care. Each patient is monitored regularly, and doctors make daily rounds to check progress and adjust treatment if needed. Support services such as diagnostic tests, dietary consultation, and physiotherapy are also available as part of the in-patient care.

To ensure comfort, our staff is trained to assist with both medical and non-medical needs. Whether it is timely medication, nutritious meals, or maintaining a clean and calm environment, we aim to make every patient’s stay safe, comfortable, and conducive to recovery.

Visitor's Policy

We recognize the importance of family and friends in the healing process, and our visitor’s policy is designed to balance emotional support with patient safety. Visiting hours are fixed to avoid overcrowding and to ensure that patients receive sufficient rest and uninterrupted medical care.

Only a limited number of visitors are allowed at a time, and infection-control guidelines must be followed strictly. Attendants are requested to maintain decorum within the hospital premises to create a calm and healing atmosphere for all patients.

Discharge

The discharge process begins once the treating doctor confirms that the patient is medically fit to leave the hospital. Our billing team prepares the final statement, and insurance/TPA approvals are coordinated by the helpdesk where applicable. Patients are given discharge summaries, prescriptions, and follow-up instructions for continued care at home.

Our staff takes the time to explain medications, dietary advice, and future appointments to ensure a smooth transition from hospital to home. We also encourage patients to contact us for any clarifications after discharge.

Information Sheets

For the convenience of patients and their families, the hospital provides printed information sheets covering important topics such as hospital rules, visitor’s policy, available services, and patient rights and responsibilities.

These sheets are designed to answer common questions and act as a ready reference guide throughout the hospital stay. By sharing clear and accessible information, we aim to reduce confusion and help patients feel more comfortable during their time with us.
