Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation is manned by large interdisciplinary team of doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, speech therapists, social workers, psychologist, prosthetists and orthotists.

This team works together in maximizing the health and functional abilities of people with disabilities. Team provides outpatient and inpatient services for persons with physical/neurological impairments due to various conditions, Spinal cord injury Brain injury due to trauma and other causes Stroke Developmental disorders such as cerebral palsy, spinal dysraphism Amputations of the extremities Rheumatological conditions Haemophilia Neuromuscular disorders Chronic pain and so on to help people with such problems have quality life.
