For “Quality Assurance Standards” areas of concern included but not limited, are Service Provision, Patient Rights, Inputs, Support Services, Clinical Care, Infection Control, Quality Management and Outcome. Team takes action to prevent problems from occurring, detect and correct when they occur, encourages higher standards of care, suggests elimination or education as per need for improvement in practices. It is expected that Patient satisfaction will encourage best use of services, healthy communities, accreditation too.
